Primary Production Manager

Key Positions in Transformer Production ">The role of a production supervisor is to oversee the daily activities of a team of 10 operators in the transformer drying process. Throughout their shift, they review production plans, check the status of drying ovens and transformers, participate in escalation routines with cross-functional teams, perform risk analysis, lead EHS and manufacturing training sessions, walk the floor to ensure safety and quality standards are met, analyze process data, coordinate with technical experts, and implement improvements based on trends. Responsibilities Include: Leading a team of 10 production operators in the transformer drying process. Ensuring compliance with technical parameters and production schedules. Implementing and maintaining Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems. Analyzing process data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and EHS. Benchmarking best practices with sister plants and applying learnings locally. Qualifications for this Position: Hold an engineering degree in industrial, mechatronics, or electrical fields. Have 2-3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in thermal or electrical processes. Possess strong skills in data analysis, digital tools, and process optimization. Have intermediate to advanced English for technical communication. Be able to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to mixed shifts. Experience working collaboratively with multiple departments.
