Job Title: Data-Driven Solutions Engineer We are seeking an experienced Data-Driven Solutions Engineer to join our international, agile team focused on delivering cutting-edge data-driven solutions to industrial challenges. This role involves working with large-scale data — including sensor, telemetry, and manufacturing data — to support and improve decision-making across key operational areas. You will manage the lifecycle of machine learning models and contribute to the design and maintenance of data architecture at a plant level, collaborating closely with global data teams and local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate machine learning models in production environments Optimize models and ensure continuous improvement Conduct data exploration and monitor data quality Facilitate communication between global teams and plant operations Required Skills and Qualifications: Solid knowledge of ML models and MLOps practices Proficiency in Python (OOP, TDD), SQL, Git, and data visualization Experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker) Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience with deep learning, Apache Spark, AWS services, and Kubernetes Previous work in agile environments and full ML lifecycle projects Education & Experience: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field PhD is a plus Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Python or similar languages
