Visit to learn about the CPKC advantage, our purpose and culture.DescriptionSupport the regional administration of unionized personnel, guaranteeing compliance, among others, with the Federal Labor Law (inspections); CBA; Labor Internal Regulation and Applicable Railway Regulations (discipline process) and agreements signed with the union; managing information regarding new hires, terminations, status changes, disciplinary actions and vacation.This position uses specialized skill development to complete a wide range of tasks with supervision.Accountabilities Document the processes that as regional management of RRLL are carried out for the administration of labor relations, integrate personal files of unionized workers; files to attend inspections by labor authorities, files to attend to labor demands and alimonies. Participate in all the localities that make up the regional to which you are assigned, attending to labor authorities, external offices and mixed commissions in the following events: Secretary of Labor.- Ordinary and extraordinary inspections. Labor Courts.- Disclosure of testimonial and confessional evidence. Safety and Hygiene Commissions, Safety Tours. Management of correspondence, filing and delivery of documents (checks, newsletters, magazines, etc.) to unionized personnel generated by the regional and/or the Company. Assist with the RRLL Regional Manager in supporting the operational areas of the investigation processes and application of disciplines of unionized personnel, established in the Internal Labor Rules. Participate in the care of unionized personnel assigned to the regional, listening to their requests or requirements, guiding and supporting each worker in the resolution process (vacations, permits, disabilities, badges, personal protective equipment, payroll payment). Follow up, together with the training and operational areas, on the development of training plans for unionized personnel. Carry out the personnel hiring processes, additions, terminations and changes of unionized personnel assigned to the regional. Be the communication link with local union representatives, except in relation to day-to-day operations, following the instructions of the Labor Relations Manager in charge. Accompaniment to workers who suffer a significant injury during the performance of their work, which requires guidance in medical procedures, transfers, lodging and feeding their families. RequiredIdeal Candidate QualificationsGraduate in Law, Industrial Relations or Business Administration with intermediate level of English desirable. Aptitude for dialogue, have knowledge in managing labor relations; personnel administration and the applicable legislation on labor matters (Federal Labor Law; IMSS; INFONAVIT; ISR, and other government regulations). PC management, (windows, office, etc.). Minimum experience of 3 years in the field of labor relations and human resources, dealing with unions, knowledge, application and negotiation of regulatory frameworks such as Collective Bargaining Agreement and Internal Labor Rules. Communication and group management skills, attitude to meet the needs of unionized personnel and union representatives.
