Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.:In Donaldson a Sr Advisor will be responsible for supervising and monitoring HR processes including communication, recruitment, labor relations, training and payroll maintenance, in accordance with policies, rules and procedures, providing customer service solutions, in order to contribute to the organizational achievement objectives.Role Responsibilities:- Follow-up on newly hired personnel, validating the documentation provided and enabling the required information within the established systems.- Monitor, monitor, document and resolve labor conflicts based on established procedures.- Collaborate with compliance and legal liaison when necessary.- Comply with and enforce organizational policies.- Monitor compliance with the annual training plan.- Registration of training in the system determined by the company.- Monitoring compliance with the development plans of the corresponding personnel.- Ensure compliance with the corresponding payroll payments.- Review and update area procedures.- Update job descriptions when applicable.- Communicate and disseminate internal campaigns; as well as generating content for internal communication.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Administration or Related.- +5 years of experience in Human Resources area.- 2+ years in similar positions.- LFT, SUA, IDSE, Payroll, Office.- Advanced English level.Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
