If you’re willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be._- Main responsibilities:_- The role of the Human Resources Analyst consists of developing activities for the administrative control of personnel, and various activities of the department._- The main objectives of this profile are:_- _Carry out area activities, such as preparing memorandums, letters, certificates, and various documents._- _ Responsible for the (applicable) administrative process of the Quality Management System._- _ Monitoring of temporary contracts, issuance of qualification sheet, renewal of the same._- _ Preparation and processing of specific check requests._- _ Coordinate the process for the payment of scholarships (children of unionized personnel)._- _ Training for newly hired unionized personnel on the collective contract, productivity agreement and internal work regulations and non-unionized personnel on their benefits and internal work regulations._- _ Prepare purchase orders to suppliers and follow up until payment._- _ Request for payment and delivery of pension report._- _ Management of ideas for improvement (preparation of communications, delivery of formats to staff, counting the ideas per month, capturing them, sending reports of ideas by area, rewarding the winners, and recognizing them)._- _ Recruitment of unionized personnel._- _ Preparation of Staff Income Notice._- _ Administration of the dining room service._- _ Updating and modification of Organizational Charts_- _ Processing of personnel identification credentials._- _ Coordination of company events._- _ Manage the community (Faurecia)._- _ Post the Human Resources indicators._- _ Manage the chapters of FES determined by the immediate boss._- Ratings:_- Minimum experience of 1-3 years._
