Job Summary Seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead strategic initiatives in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring adherence to Mexican labor law and international standards. Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles. Drive training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage HR operations, personnel files, payroll support, and benefits administration. Oversee performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in HR processes. Support union and non-union environments, including negotiations and contract administration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred). Proven expertise in labor law, NOM-035, ISO/IATF standards. Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and with leadership. HRIS knowledge (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar). Bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English). Ideal Candidate Profile: Experienced HR professional with strong labor compliance knowledge. Hands-on leader capable of balancing operational HR with strategic initiatives. Skilled in employee engagement, union relations, and workforce development. Comfortable in fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environments.
