Job Title Business Talent Strategist About Our Role This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and influencing business outcomes. You will lead and implement talent strategies, advise on HR policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to co-create talent agendas Advise on HR policies and ensure consistent application across the organization Design and implement frameworks for recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and retention Generate insights from HR data to support strategic decisions, improve engagement, and anticipate organizational risks Provide first-line support in labor relations, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with corporate values Maintain data quality and guide peers through key HR processes Technical Expertise In addition to your HRBP responsibilities, you will serve as the technical and strategic lead for compensation and benefits. This includes advising HRBPs on compensation, benefits, and organizational structure decisions; monitoring internal and external equity; analyzing market benchmarks; defining salary bands; and leading calibration processes. You will evaluate off-cycle salary adjustment requests and ensure alignment with compensation strategy, while designing and adapting benefits initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with exposure to strategic initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, due to collaboration with global teams and the Compensation COE Proficiency in data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder communication Success Factors Strategic thinking, clear communication, results orientation, and influential leadership are essential skills for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with technical mastery in compensation and organizational development, are also required.
