">7+ years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive plant environment. ">Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws (LFT, STPS), NOM-035, and industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). ">Experience in unionized and non-unionized environments. ">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally. ">Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar).
