**Maintenance Expert Wanted** We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Expert to join our team in Mexico. If you have strong leadership skills and a high level of English, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a key member of our maintenance team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Manage budgets, suppliers, and spare parts inventory with expertise. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards through meticulous planning and execution. Support continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes by analyzing data and making informed decisions. Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders via precise language and documentation. Requirements include an engineering degree or related field, fluent English , and at least five years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems is essential for success in this role. Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 is also beneficial. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are crucial for navigating complex challenges.
