Equipment Maintenance Specialist Position We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to develop and implement effective maintenance plans, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to pasteurization, homogenization, heat exchangers, conveyor belts, and auxiliary systems such as refrigeration, freezing, HVAC, cooling towers, boilers, steam generation, compressed air, PTAR. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Analyze technical data and troubleshoot complex issues related to equipment operation and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (HACCP, CONAGUA, CFE, SEMARNAT) and maintenance management best practices (TPM). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Specialist or in similar positions, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of high and low voltage electricity, pneumatics, electronics, and maintenance programming. Preferred Skills: Advanced English language skills (ability to hold conversations and read technical documentation). Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis, and Power BI for data visualization. Familiarity with S4HANA - PM Module and AutoCAD.
