Legal Assistant

Who specialize in providing expert legal services and personalized attention to each client.Job Responsibilities:Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Create and organize information, ensuring that documents and data are easily accessible and properly filed.Prepare and format legal reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and firm guidelines.Maintain and update databases and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Respond to all case-related inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.Manage cases for consultation and advice, coordinating appointments and meetings as municate effectively and efficiently with team members and supervisors, both orally and in writing.Produce work product that does not need proofreading and editing, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and quality.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role (Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a Plus)Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
