Schedule: 7 am to 4 pm (Hermosillo, Sonora)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, bilingual Paralegal to manage pre-litigation case files, support clients throughout their treatment process, and ensure cases move efficiently and professionally from intake to resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and proactive, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Support Conduct regular client calls and maintain consistent, empathetic, and professional communication. Ensure every client feels guided, supported, and informed throughout their case. Monitor client treatment progress and ensure no case becomes inactive or unattended. Case File Management Request, collect, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other supporting documents. Request and track medical liens. Draft and send Letters of Representation, retainers, and case correspondence. Open liability, UM/UIM, Med-Pay, and third-party claims with insurance companies. Verify case facts and maintain accurate documentation across all case phases.Administrative & Technical TasksCreate, update, and maintain detailed case notes in case management platforms. Track deadlines, case timelines, and documentation requirements. Draft professional emails in English and Spanish. Utilize ChatGPT and legal software to assist with drafting, summarizing, and organizing case information.Experience & Skills1-3 years of experience in personal injury, legal assistance, case management, or paralegal support. Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written). Strong proficiency with case management software, productivity tools, and AI tools like ChatGPT. Mature, patient, and emotionally intelligent communication style. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume caseload. Reliable, accountable, and proactive with a strong client-service mindset. Able to work independently while maintaining excellent team collaboration.
