Scheduler Engineer

**AIM OF THE POSITION**The Programming / Scheduling engineer Responsible for realize adequation workload vs capacity over a 2 week frozen horizon. Schedule plant manufacturing taking into account the production contraints (capacity, industrial scenario, deadlines). Ensure manufacturing follow-up. Coordinate production hazards resolution and risks mitigation in order to secure customer delivery dates.**REQUIREMENTS**- University level people, Technical diploma- Experience at least 3 years- Managerial, verbal and written communication skills- Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship- Confident with Excel.- Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)- Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift)- Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem- Knowledge of logistic, MRP processes and rules- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP for Supply chain (MM modules).- Knowledge of English or French language- Availability to travel.**Would be great**:- Have an experience of production management- SAP**ACTIVITIES**:- Creation and release of production orders.- Monitor the manufacturing adherence of schedule (MATS).- Follow up of production status.- Calculate productivity ratios.- Perform weekly coverage analysis.- Create and follow up shipment reports.**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.- Ensure that its employees know and comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.- Comply with safety and environmental regulations.- Ensure that employees are aware of and comply with safety and environment regulations.- Ensure that employees know and follow work instructions (safe operations).- Participate in activities related to safety and environment (training, talks, awareness, events, etc.).- Safeguarding the safety of yourself and your colleagues- Report incidents, accidents or occupational illnesses to EHS/Supervisor.- Contribute to meeting plant safety and environmental objectives.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- RotativoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
