PMO are to support his/her Program Manager to run a Program and secure the On Time Deliveries, at Quality and at Cost. Assists the Program Management Team and the business workload and contracts in their administrative tasks: analyzes the customer demand and purchase orders, and more generally ensure that Demand is reliable and accurate. MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER DEMAND Integrates different sources of information from the costumer in order to have the short, mid and log term reliable demand aligned with costumer needs CUSTOMER RELATIONS Being the customer interface on demand topics and in delegated responsibilities defined by the Program Manager. Is actively involved in the communication between the costumer and the Operations Program Coordination. Reporting progress (follow-up of deliverables) to the customer. MANAGE PROGRAM MULTIFUNCTIONAL TEAM Animates regular progress meetings with the Program Multifunctional Team, to track objectives relating to technical progress, quality, planning, risk management, etc. Proposing solutions and being a facilitator, also able to manage conflict situations. T echniques: 3 years of experience related with project / program management , demand management, or planning. Knowledge customer service Knowledge of SAP Highly recommended skills in provide customers with the desired deliverables on schedule, at the required level of quality Confident in the capacity of analyzing data and working with excel. Behavioral : Ability to plan and prioritize task Managerial: Leadership skills Good communication skills English (spoken & written) Ability to analyze and explain clearly a problem Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solution) Meticulous, motivated, organized, autonomous, good relationship.
