Metrology Leader

Create, test, and refine CMM programs for complex aerospace parts, ensuring precision and optimal measurement efficiency.Manage the First Article Inspection (FAI) process for new parts or production runs, ensuring that the first pieces produced meet all design specifications and quality standards.Collaborate with quality, engineering, design, and production teamsSupervise and mentor a team of metrology technicians and CMM programmers, ensuring that best practices in metrology are followed and that all measurements meet aerospace quality standards.Minimum of 5 years of experience in metrology and quality controlStrong experience programming CMMs Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CMM programming, metrology, and quality control, particularly in the aerospace manufacturing environment.Advanced english level (mandatory)Competitive compensation package
