City Manager Hermosillo – Devices & SmartphonesLocation: Could it be Hermosillo Sonora and Surrounding AreasDepartment: Sales / Operations RetailReports To: Regional Manager / National Sales DirectorJob Summary:As a City Manager for Devices and Smartphones in Hermosillo, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key retail and distribution partners, and ensuring brand presence across the city. You will lead local initiatives, monitor market trends, and execute strategic plans to grow market share in the mobile and electronics category.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets for mobile devices and accessories.• Build and manage relationships with local distributors, retail partners, and independent sellers.• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and branding at point of sale (POS) locations.• Lead a small local team, including sales promoters and field representatives.• Track competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence reports.• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the regional marketing team.• Conduct regular store visits and performance audits across Hermosillo.• Monitor sell-in and sell-out data to optimize inventory and supply chain.• Train retail staff and promoters on new devices and brand guidelines.• Report on sales performance, KPIs, and business opportunities to upper management.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.• 3+ years of experience in sales or field operations, preferably in the tech or smartphone industry.• Strong knowledge of the local market in Hermosillo and Sonora region.• Experience managing B2B and B2C sales channels.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel or sales analytics tools.• Ability to work independently and travel locally.• Fluent in Spanish; Intermediate to advanced English is preferred.Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience at a consumer electronics brand DEVICES AND SMARTPHONES INDUSTRY• Familiarity with CRM systems and retail management software.• Leadership experience with small or remote teams.ADVANCED ENGLISH
