Plant Operations Manager The Plant Operations Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing operation at our facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in plastic injection molding, continuous improvement, and production optimization. Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development among staff. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to enhance production processes. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in plant management, with a focus on plastic injection molding. Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, tooling, and machinery. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team building, coaching, and performance management. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
