Operations Efficiency Specialist

Job Description Develop and implement projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Lead Hoshin Kanri projects to ensure alignment with company values and objectives. Cultivate a Lean Culture mindset across the plant through collaboration with all teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for aerospace devices. Analyze and optimize production processes, including machinery capacity and personnel requirements. Establish working methods and process descriptions aligned with quality system guidelines. Design flow charts and VSMs to visualize processes. Search for automation opportunities and develop preliminary studies. Calculate and establish operation rates for manufacturing processes. Streamline routine operations to increase production levels. Responsibilities Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies knowledge and compliance. Participate in safety-related activities, training, and awareness events. Safeguard personal safety and that of colleagues. Report incidents, accidents, or work illnesses immediately. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field. Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement tools experience. English language proficiency. Meticulous, motivated, organized, and good interpersonal skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to analyze and explain problems clearly. Strong project management skills.
