LEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS

The Lead of Supply Chain is in charge of: Ensuring and coordinating logistics flows by respecting quality, cost and delivery target Dealing with a customs aspects Ensuring follow-up and coordination of stock entry/exit, servitude management and shipment Managing inventories Piloting transport activities MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES The main task of the logistician and warehouse operator are: Ensuring right execution of reception of components with administrative check conformity Monitoring picking activities according to production needs and schedule Supervising free stock servitude in manufacturing area Controlling inventory and analyzing discrepancies found Ensuring stock reliability in terms of quantity and reference conformity Supervising product / iterms of quantity and reference conformity Optimizing and adapting warehouse implementation Piloting stock transfer Piloting daily work of his/her team in accordance with priorities and schedule Ensuring that workload/capacity scheduled is in accordance with quantitative and qualitative needs Setting up organizational change proposal within his/her team in order to face Customer requirements Ensuring skills polyvalence and growth regarding actions launched and coherent evaluation of his/her team. Reporting to his/her hierarchy the issues and dysfunctions encountered (and proposing the solutions he/she foresees) REQUIREMENTS Have an experience in processes, tools and rules Have an experience of logistic under ERP Knowledge in customs declaration and procedure Microsoft office Speak English, meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship Verbal and written communication skills Have an experience in team management Ability to prioritize task Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem Work with high reactivity and with wiling to solve problems (finding solutions)
