In this role, you will collaborate closely with interviewers and the legal team to craft compelling personal declarations and statements that will support clients' immigration cases. Your writing will play a crucial part in shaping the legal narratives that help change lives. We are seeking someone who is not only skilled in writing but also brings empathy, attention to detail, and a desire to improve their craft continually.**Compensation**:$21,000 MXN monthly**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with interviewers to accurately write declarations, personal statements, and client narratives for immigration cases.- Thoroughly review client interview answers and materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal standards.- Ensure logical flow, clarity, and coherence in all written documents, making complex narratives clear and compelling.- Draft final statements in both English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy in translation and meaning.- Attend feedback sessions and implement revisions based on input from the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements.- Assist with document preparation and editing to support the legal team, as needed.- Stay up to date on relevant immigration laws, standards, and requirements to ensure that your written materials are accurate and compliant.- Manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.- A growth mindset is committed to continuously improving your skills and adapting to changing requirements.**Qualifications**:**This position requires full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Son.
