Manufacturing Operations Manager We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our plant's production, ensuring seamless execution, quality control, and efficiency. This key role requires a strong leader with expertise in plastic injection molding and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, including production planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety initiatives. Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards through regular audits and compliance checks. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Manage inventory levels, scheduling, and supply chain coordination to minimize disruptions. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development among staff members. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in plant management, with a focus on plastic injection molding. Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, tooling, and machinery. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team building, coaching, and performance management. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. P&L experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
