This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Plan and coordinate activities of a large-scale production unit by providing guidance to supervisors and coordinate with leadership of multiple departments to comply with production and costs programs; Ensure all operating procedures and policies are executed properly, and (ii) Manage the daily improvement meeting and create action plans to maintain efficient operations and identify continuous improvement opportunities; ensure alignment with the business operations or operational priorities (safety, quality, customer service, people, and cost). Requires 4+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
