Head of Strategic Purchasing Americas Leads Strategic Purchasing org unit Tasks/Responsibilities: ·Manages and supervises the Strategic Purchasing org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs ·Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Strategic Purchasing ·Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility ·Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility ·Manages and supervises multiple org units within Strategic Purchasing ·Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth ·Functional accountability for Strategic Purchasing on regional level Head of Strategic Purchasing AmericasMX-SON-Hermosillo SSH-HER0000ABYour Profile: Purchasing experience (automotive preferred) Project tracking and reporting Strategic sourcing Service level agreements Supplier relationship management English C1 MS Office, reporting tools, purchasing and applications and tools.
