We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative with strong experience in the hardware, stationery, or paint industries , working specifically with distributors and wholesalers . This person will be responsible for field-based sales , identifying new commercial opportunities, and managing long-term client relationships. The role requires someone with strong business acumen, who is comfortable negotiating pricing, managing inventories, and supporting distributor growth through hands-on training and advisory. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of hardware, stationery, and/or paint distributors Identify new wholesale clients through field prospecting Negotiate pricing and commercial terms Monitor inventories and client activity to detect growth opportunities Provide commercial training and product guidance to partners Track sales indicators and deliver monthly performance reports Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Perform basic collection follow-up where necessary Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in B2B sales in the hardware, stationery or paint sectors Skilled in field prospecting and negotiation Excellent communication and customer service mindset Proven track record with wholesale and distribution networks Own a vehicle and be comfortable working in field environments Stable work history is highly valued
