You will also collaborate with the customer’s engineering team to specify, qualify, and develop manufacturing processes for specialty chemical solutions.Responsibilities Determines and presents the customer with potential engineered solutions for customer applications, coordinates application testing with the customerEstablishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, and other key personnel)Partners with key stakeholders from internal departments, customers and vendors to ensure that the customers’ needs are being addressedMaintains and utilizes customer data via Dynamics 365Participates in periodic meetings to maintain technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions and effectively utilizes technology to efficiently manage their territory. Qualifications3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, specialty chemical market preferredBachelor of Science degree required, within a technical or business-related field preferredVery good skills with the Microsoft office SuiteHolds integrity paramount to all, followed closely by customer service, quality, collaboration, teamwork, drive, compliance, hard work, discipline, accountability and continuous improvement Expert communication skills, including up, down, across, within and outside the organizationAbility to build strong internal relationships inside the company, together with cultivating an external network outside the companyCommitment to personal growth and developmentUses influence to stretch the thinking within the business, in pursuit of Ellsworth’s profitable and predictable growth initiatives and strategiesDaily travel within the assigned territory.
