This is one of those roles!Are you ready to make a difference?- Engage with Medical Experts (MEs) to educate on medical/scientific information.- Ensure appropriate identification/association of MEs/Key Accounts including identifying opportunities to engage MEs when a medical need is identified, to provide support.- Develop/execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize. and engage strategically. to the MEs in line with the country's strategy. - Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEs.- Serve as a medical resource to colleagues in the field matrix. - Notification of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.- Distribution of marketing samples (when applicable). Key Performance Indicators.- Lead scientific engagement with your medical experts. Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries. Requirements- Medical degree, preferred with specialty in Internal Medicine. - Previous experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in contact with Medical societies of interest, in continuous interaction and scientific exchange.- Microsoft Office management- English/ Spanish proficient- Scientific acumen- Objective oriented- Audience management- Training and efficient communication- Analytic and proactive- Self-study disciplinenullnull
