Administrative Assistant

Provide support as administrative assistant to plant management in matters related to the organization, as well as provide support to other members of the Management Staff to facilitate some of their activities not related to their core business.- Software: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Outlook, etc.- Administration and management of travel systems for business purposes.- Knowledge of expense justification and approval management- Departmental budget management- Must be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the plant's objectives.- Complies with the Quality Policy.- Collect and consolidate information for the required reports.- Weekly elaboration of the Plant Visits Report.- Scheduling meetings according to established guidelines.- Capture Purchase Requisitions in SAP.- Responsible for travel reservations for employees in the plant (purchase of airline tickets, hotel and ground transportation).- Responsible for coordinating ground transportation for BW external employees, suppliers and customers.- Coordination of preparations for Workshops (when required), room set up, meals, coffee break, personal protective equipment.- Elaboration and submission of Travel Expense Reports for Management Staff.- Support to other departments when required- Participation in continuous improvement projects and/or processes.Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy StatementPlease access the linked document by clickinghere,- Career Scam Disclaimer:_ BorgWarner makes no representations or guarantees regarding employment opportunities listed on any third-party website.
