Since the world's first modern electric car, our tech has been at the forefront, and today we're a top 100 global automotive supplier with a commanding 41% market share.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the executive team (CRO, COO and CFO) including managing calendars, organizing travel, and completing expense reports, etc.- Ensure local office needs are addressed in GT plant in alignment with the local leadership team- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Make travel arrangements for international visitors- Assist in planning and coordination of company events- Setup meetings and conferences. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes- Support management of global services in alignment with CFO (e.g. Ampure insurance, Ampure carve out investments, Ampure legal costs, etc.)- Be the system responsible for Egencia and Certify for executive team members and their teams. Train new employees in Egencia and Certify- Coordinate global communications with counterparts in the United Stated and Germany- Maintain confidentiality with all aspects of the daily tasks, information, and legal duties**Required Skills**:- Excellent written and verbal English language skills- A pro-active working style- Travel and expense system management experience- Interact and communicate comfortably with people at all levels: Displaying excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor- Maintain good working relationships to achieve goals and objectives- Be adaptable, professional, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team.- Perform several tasks at once, and handle responsibilities that can change on a daily basis. Prioritize and meet deadlines.- Take responsibility and perform work utilizing independent judgment and initiative**Preferred skills and experience**:- Understanding of the automotive business- Previous experience in a comparable position
