A Production Process Coach is one of the most important roles in the Manufacturing process. A responsible, honest, and results-focused Engineer is required. It is the most critical position to coordinate all the activities that take place during the shift and is the one who moves the support areas to achieve the objective. He/she must have communication and operational staff development skills.- Education:Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or similar.- Work ExperienceDemonstrable experience in the automotive industry. QPS- Monitoring, support, attention and solution to the main offenders to the FTT&RTY, SCRAP and CPU indicators.- Monitoring of material that is outside the quarantine process together with quality with a maximum of 15 days.- Responsible for the total quality of the process. Leader, integrator and user of quality tools.- Approve and review engineering changes in WERS, MTC, DCP, Change Management necessary with ME for timely changes.- Ensure management of data, records and reports of the department according to GIS1, GIS2.- Identify, block and manage defective or suspicious parts according to applicable procedures and perform quarantines in QLS and CMMS.- Lead the investigation of major product issues together with PD, IQ, Supplier, and establish appropriate problem solving methods (A3, PSS, G8D, Six Sigma) to avoid recurrence and leak points in the system.- Manage and administer calibration program for measuring equipment.- Attention and follow-up to audits (Follow-up plan for systematic closure of findings) knowledge and adherence to automotive industry regulations (ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001)- Implementation of maintenance and process improvement through Lean manufacturing (kaizen, 5s, VA and VNA, TDM, standardization, etc.)- Make parameter adjustments on machines and/or review the DCP/SCCAF with PD to maintain/verify process stability.- Create, whenever applicable, a Risk Assessment that is generated by a quality condition in the product- Prepare reaction plans for processes out of control.- Knowledge and mastery of the Procedures applicable to PTO- Knowledge and mastery of the Non-Conforming Material Management procedure- Knowledge and mastery of the Corrective Actions procedure- Knowledge and mastery of the Inspection Stations procedure- Implementation and monitoring of Master and Challenge Parts**Delivery**:- Ensure adherence and c
