RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager in our Irapuato, Gto, facility! Your Job The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading materials planning and logistics within the operation. Its mission is to ensure the efficient flow of materials from suppliers to the end customer (OEM), complying with the quality standards, delivery times and costs demanded by the automotive industry. What you Will do in Your Role Plan and coordinate the supply of materials according to production requirements (MRP). Ensure compliance with JIT/JIS (Just-In-Time / Just-In-Sequence) deliveries to OEM customers. Manage internal and external logistics, including transportation, warehouses, and distribution. Supervise inventory control, avoiding overstock or shortages that affect production. Manage relationships with national and international suppliers, ensuring compliance with ASNs, labels, packaging, and documentation. Implement and maintain logistics processes aligned with IATF 16949 and APQP standards. Coordinate import/export activities (IMMEX, pediments, customs). Lead multidisciplinary teams in the areas of planning, logistics, traffic and warehouses. Participate in customer audits and quality certifications related to the supply chain. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar. Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions within the Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive sector. What Will Put You Ahead Domain in ERP systems (preferably SAP, QAD, Oracle). In-depth knowledge of automotive logistics processes: EDI, ASN, AIAG labels, sequencing. Advanced English (essential for dealing with global customers and suppliers).
