Compensation Specialist

Job Title: Compensation Specialist About our organization: A leading global supplier of coated exterior systems and components with a rich history spanning over 160 years. We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team in Irapuato, Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for the site. Collect, reconcile, and update payroll data before processing. Perform payroll reconciliations, tax calculations, and labor law compliance. Enforce savings fund liquidation and update annual caps. Manage disbursements like severance, etc. Meet requirements for social security, labor laws, and regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of pay calculations, taxes, and benefits. +2 years' experience processing payroll. Knowledge of federal labor and social security law. Experience using MS Office and Excel. What Sets You Apart: Experience with Ceridian Dayforce. Knowledge of payroll conciliations and labor legislation.
