RESRG Automotiveis looking for you to join our team as a HR Generalistin Irapuato, Gto.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate transportation for foreign collaborators and visitors, ensuring safety, punctuality and efficiency. Supervise the operation of the dining room, guaranteeing food quality, sanitation and satisfaction. Manage utility cars and lockers, ensuring availability, order, and maintenance. Negotiate and follow up on contracts, requisitions and payments from service providers. Ensure compliance with labor, safety, occupational health and environmental standards in plant service providers. Design and transmit internal communications about services and benefits. Coordinate internal and external events that strengthen the organizational culture. Promote continuous improvement initiatives in plant services.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills Intermediate – advanced English. Management of office tools and management systems.
