Job Title: HR & Admin Specialist We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, policy compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in employment laws, and skilled at building strong workplace relationships. This position requires proficiency in English, with bilingual ability in Chinese considered a plus. Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, interview scheduling, offer support, and onboarding processes, to help attract and retain top talent for the organization. Policy and Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Supervise and manage payroll, attendance, and benefits systems, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and providing necessary support and guidance to employees. Performance and Employee Development: Assist in managing performance evaluation processes, support employee training and career development programs, and promote mutual growth for both the organization and its employees. Records and Data Management: Utilize HR systems and related software to maintain and update employee records, generate various statistical reports and analyses, and establish and improve personnel files and related documentation. Employee Relations and Confidentiality Compliance: Properly manage employee records and related materials, strictly adhere to legal and ethical standards, and ensure the security of employee privacy and company confidential information. Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as required. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR management, recruitment, or a related function. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws (local, state, and federal). Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, and HR systems/software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
