A competitive compensation and benefits package.About the RoleRESRG Automotive is looking for you to join our team as Logistics Superintendent in Irapuato, Gto! Objective of the Position: Ensure the timely availability of inputs, manage inventories, and maintain high standards of quality and internal logistics efficiency.Responsibilities- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all activities related to the storage, control, and distribution of materials within the organization. - Organizes, coordinates and validates the activities of the SPV's, as well as internal, external and plant satellite warehouses, including Receipt, Supply to Production, Exterior, Unloading, Shipments, continuous improvement and QMS, Warehouse Control, processes, in compliance with our policy. - Support in improving the performance of operational processes. - Actively participate in the activities of the quality management system, continuous improvement, safety and environment, as well as comply with the documentation part. - Ensure compliance with KPIs (safety, efficiency, utilization, compliance). - Analysis of storage capacity and flows, critical paths. - Inventory control, transfers. - Generate timely and truthful information necessary for the measurement and improvement of process indicators, when applicable. - Updating Layouts. - Ensure the preservation of equipment and facilities, to operate in optimal conditions. - Develops induction, training and RRE's plan for its staff in charge. - Fast analysis for headcount.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, engineering or related career. - English (intermediate level capable of carrying on a conversation). - Experience in the automotive field more than 3 years as warehouse coordinator.Required Skills- High Priority, Show Performance Results. - Leadership and decision-making in critical situations. - Development of competitive teams. - Planning, organization, communication and analysis skills. - Communication Skills. - Teamwork. - Proactive Focused on customer results. - Manage the escalation system in case of any deviation. - PC management (Office preferably Excel). - Leadership.Pay range and compensation packageOur goal is for every employee and their family to enjoy a full and healthy life.
