Responsabilities: 1. Conduct audits and visits to suppliers if necessary support is required. 2. Ensure material delivery based on requirements for new models. 3. Ensure volume capacity per supplier for mass production and new models. 4. Prepare, submit, and control the required RFQs/RFIs for both current projects and new models. 5. Ensure adequate quotes. 6. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best costs and commercial terms, while ensuring quality and delivery. 7. Explore, identify, and develop supply chains based on cost reductions, as well as increase the localization of the end-to-end supplier chain. 8. Identify, validate, and generate VEC/CD ideas with suppliers, and deploy the necessary activities within the company for their proper application and implementation. 9. Enter purchased parts and raw materials received daily into the electronic inventory system. 10. Report any non-conforming deliveries to management and follow up on required corrective actions from the supplier. 11. Report supplier issues to the appropriate personnel and participate in the resolution of those issues. 12. Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure that the supply of purchased parts and raw materials does not impact daily customer release requirements. 13. Coordinate all launches of new programs, new parts, or programs, purchased parts, or raw materials to ensure requirements are met. Required Skills and Competencies · Excellent communication skills, proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, and proven success in team leadership and development · Must be bilingual, English and Spanish · Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong aptitude for technology and learning new tools. · Strong data analysis and problem solving skills to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement them · Excellent organizational skills · 3+ years experience in a similar role · Experience in Renewable Energy and Utilities markets a plus. · Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a similar field preferred
