Senior Sales Manager Opportunity As a key team member, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and guiding sales teams in all sales-related activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving market share growth. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage all sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including SMART goals, forecasts, and other reports as directed. Collaborate with senior management to develop rates, group ceilings, and deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis, and mix management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the hospitality sector, a degree in Business or a related field, and exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Requirements: 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the hospitality sector. A degree in Business or a related field. A strong record of exceeding revenue targets and market share growth. Deep knowledge of sales strategies and market trends. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience across multiple brands and regional markets (highly preferred). A passion for people development, innovation, and partnerships.
