Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a contract on-site role located in Guadalajara, JAL for an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager will manage daily office operations, enforce office policies, oversee administrative staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office. The role also includes handling correspondence, preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Qualifications Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in office management software and tools Experience in budgeting and financial management Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Prior experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred Effective supervision and passion on execution Experienced developing and supervising KPIS Experienced with family business and reporting to ownership
