Fabrication Manager Position Overview The Fabrication Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring daily manufacturing operations meet quality, safety, and cost specifications. This position oversees the necessary resources to guarantee compliance with fabrication plans. Main Responsibilities Coordinate plant activities related to fabrication, storage, and distribution of products through supervisors. Maintain fabrication floor scheduling functions and coordinate with operation managers and human resources on personnel-related matters. Present annual manufacturing budgets and review product and material levels in company warehouses. Support company objectives regarding safety, quality, fabrication, and cost while actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities. Requirements Industrial Engineer or related field degree. Minimum 10 years experience in similar roles. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to communicate effectively.
