Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Condominium Administrator, located in the Puerto Vallarta - Bahia de Banderas Area. The Condominium Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of condominium properties, including managing maintenance tasks, addressing resident concerns, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication between all homeowners. This role involves regular interaction with condominium boards, residents, and service providers to ensure property management goals are met and maintained. Qualifications English language proficiency - spoken and written. Experience in Property Management and Maintenance Oversight Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Strong Financial Management and Budgeting Skills Proficient in Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution Ability to Work Independently and Within a Team Knowledge of Local Regulations and Condominium Laws Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field Experience in condominium management is a plus
