Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for Business stakeholders and Internal Technical teams Ensure smooth daily operations through strong process management Collaborate on high-quality asset handoff, campaign sign-off, and timeline management Coordinate metadata creation and review business logic for campaigns Oversee email build proofs, operational calls, and performance reporting Communicate challenges proactively and update forecasts weekly Job Description: 7 years of experience in SFMC Campaign Execution and Operations Hands-on SFMC expertise with Email Specialist Certification (mandatory) Strong understanding of pharma commercial data and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar preferred) Ability to work in a matrix, global environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Familiarity with emerging technologies like GenAI and Agentic AI is a plus
