Maintenance Technician VITECHMEX

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities:Perform general building maintenance. Assist in the repair and maintenance of the facilities and equipment. Specific work includes: a wide variety of pumps, valves, and pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices. Perform light replacements and support production in give maintenance to compressors, boilers, racks, repairs, pump systems and high tensions. Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Troubleshoot plumbing and repair problems. Perform HVAC repairs and maintenance. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems. Troubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities. Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance, always practicing safe work habits. Respond immediately to emergency situations regarding facilities and equipment. Manage operations in real time to maximize resources (human and automated) to achieve the goals of VITECHMEX regarding customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, planning, and economical. Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. Inspect electrical distribution systems for safety and efficiency. Assist in maintaining and operating life safety/fire systems. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and governmental agency and company directives as related to building operations. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Comply with the applicable QMS procedures and records. Comply with the applicable HSE, environment and Health rules Qualifications:Steam boiler Certification. Work in Heights Certification. Pressure Vessels Certification. Working knowledge of mechanics, pneumatic, electro pneumatic, hydraulics. Digital and analogic electronics. Working knowledge of facilities maintenance. Blueprints and diagrams interpretation. Mechanic and electric design.
