We're looking for an NPI & Equipment Validation Engineer to support new product introduction, equipment qualification, and production process improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Execute equipment and process validations : IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, and software validation. Develop and maintain protocols, test reports, and engineering documentation . Support production floor with training, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis. Perform production line data analysis (downtime, scrap, efficiency). Work with Non-Conformances , corrective/preventive actions, and Quality Systems. Maintain equipment inventory and preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning teams. Lead engineering projects and support change management (ECO/ECR). Create and release BOMs, control plans, TR/TRPs, MS, I‑Sheets , and related documentation. Preferred Experience Background in Medical Device , Manufacturing Engineering , or regulated industries. Familiarity with cGMP , Lean Manufacturing, and process flow optimization.
