At Sensay, we're on a mission to shape the future of AI personal chatbots.As we expand our team in Mexico City, we are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support our leadership and ensure smooth, efficient teract with Our Founder Chatbot:Get to know our vision by interacting with our CHRO Chatbot here , and with founder chatbot, Dan, here .About the Role:As an Executive Assistant based in Mexico City, you will provide high-level administrative support directly to executives, helping to manage schedules, coordinate communications, and facilitate efficient workflow.You will be a key liaison between leadership and internal teams as well as external partners, contributing to the company's operational success and growth.What You'll Do:- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings to optimize time and priorities.- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow.- Organize travel arrangements, event planning, and team logistics as needed.- Support project tracking and follow-up to help driving company initiatives forward.- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other executive materials.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help streamline processes and improve efficiency.- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.- Contribute to fostering a positive and productive office culture in the Mexico City location.Technical Requirements:- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar management software).- Comfortable working with remote and hybrid team environments.- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment and work independently.- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desired.- Familiarity with AI technology and startups is a plus but not required.Work Environment:- Based in our Mexico City office with an option for hybrid work.- Close collaboration with remote teams within ±4 hours of the EU timezone.- Flexible working hours to balance productivity and work-life harmony.- Minimal meetings, maximum efficiency.- Access to a vibrant and inclusive work culture backed by a global tech startup mindset.What We Offer:- Equity opportunities to share in our success.- Competitive salary and benefits package tailored to the Mexico City market.- Clear career progression paths and professional growth opportunities.- Paid sick days and holiday allowance.- Annual learning stipend for professional development.- Regular team retreats, social events, and community building activities.- A diverse, inclusive environment that values autonomy and personal initiative.Join Us:If you're ready to support dynamic leaders and play a crucial role in the growth of an innovative AI startup, we'd love to hear from youVisit to learn more about our mission and apply today.
