Program Executive

Job Overview This role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and facilitating customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as experience in project management and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in contract manufacturing environment in similar position. Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to function independently and multi-task. Preferred Skills Leadership skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player and self motivated.
