Our team is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering high-quality training programs, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room booking, equipment setup, and catering arrangements. Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and manuals in collaboration with subject matter experts. Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs. Manage training attendance records and track employee progress through various training programs. Conduct post-training evaluations and collect feedback to continually improve training effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or related field. Proven experience in coordinating training programs, preferably in the corporate field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
