Training Specialist We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team in Ciudad Juárez. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and communicative professional to play a key role in developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. About the Role: Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and effective participant engagement. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging training materials, presentations, and manuals. Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs. Manage attendance records and track employee progress through various training initiatives. Conduct post-training evaluations and collect feedback to continually improve training effectiveness. Provide administrative support for training activities, including budget management and database maintenance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in coordinating training programs, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate employees. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences. Bilingual. Prior experience in the industry is an asset.
