Project Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced project leader to oversee projects in the medical devices sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and regulatory requirements specific to the industry. This role requires a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate timelines, budget, and quality goals. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is crucial for success. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing projects from start to finish, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions. They will also ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CE standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute projects Coordinate teams and ensure timely delivery Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks Ensure regulatory compliance Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field Master's degree or PMP certification desirable 6-9 years of experience in manufacturing 4 years of experience managing medical device projects preferred Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Project or Jira Desirable Skills: Advanced English language skills
