Role Description The Contador General will manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations, including preparing financial reports, maintaining compliance with local and national fiscal regulations, and supporting corporate decision-making with financial analysis. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budget forecasting, financial audits, and tax preparation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Juárez, CHH, with opportunities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and operational excellence. Qualifications Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax complianceProficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skillsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and complex financial documentationExperience managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferredExperience working in on-site financial roles, preferably in the Juárez areaExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently with accuracy and meet deadlines
