Creative Visual Storyteller

About the Role: Casa Drea is a culturally fluent, impact-driven creative partner that leads with insight and delivers with precision. We are looking for a highly creative Digital Graphic Designer to help shape the visual voice of our agency and client brands.This role is ideal for someone who can move fast without losing detail, brings fresh ideas daily, and turns direction into bold design that resonates. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO, social team, and influencer manager to bring every campaign and content moment to life with design that connects.Some key responsibilities include:Designing digital assets for social media, paid ads, web banners, emails, decks, and moodboards across multiple accounts. Applying brand identity with consistency while pushing creative direction forward. Illustrating custom assets, icons, and creative treatments that elevate everyday content. Supporting campaign creative from concept to launch. Requirements: We're looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience in digital design, a strong portfolio showcasing culturally relevant and visually strong work, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma and Canva is a plus. You should be comfortable designing within brand guidelines while bringing newness and originality. Illustration skills are a major plus, and you should be able to move quickly while maintaining high visual standards. Culturally fluency and bilingualism are preferred but not required.
