Project Manager

BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and overees projects in the medical devices sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a solid grasp of the regulatory requirements specific to the medical devices industry. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Plan and execute projects from start to finish. Coordinate teams and ensure timelines, budget, and quality goals are met. Communicate with clients and stakeholders. Identify risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CE standards. Manage budgets and financial reporting. Lead and support project teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Master's or PMP (Desirable) 6–9 years in the manufacturing industry. 4 years managing medical device projects. (Preferred) Strong presentation skills before groups/clients. Advanced English. Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira.
